Return & Exchange Policy

At Burt-N, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.

IMPORTANT: No Returns or Exchanges on Custom-Made Orders

We accept returns and exchanges for all eligible items purchased through our website within 30 days of your order date.

To qualify for return, items must be:

  • In original, sellable condition

  • Unworn with all original tags intact

  • Returned in original packaging/box in pristine condition

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item arrives defective or damaged.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive boots that are defective or damaged, please photograph the issue and submit your return request within 30 days of purchase. We'll cover return shipping for verified defects.
 

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
 

Multiple Order Returns: If returning items from different orders, each return must use its original shipping label.

Timeline: Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.

After 30 Days: No returns or exchanges can be processed after the 30-day window, regardless of circumstances.
