Custom Boot Design Guide

Transform your boots into one-of-a-kind masterpieces with our custom design service! Here's everything you need to know about our personalization process.

 

DESIGN PROCESS OVERVIEW

 

Step 1: Design Creation (48-72 Hours)

Once you place your custom order, our design team will create a detailed mockup of your personalized boots. This process typically takes 48-72 hours from the time we receive your design specifications and payment.

Step 2: Mockup Review (7 Days to Approve)

You'll receive a digital mockup showing exactly how your custom design will look on your boots. You have up to 7 days to review and approve the design or request revisions.

Step 3: Revisions (No Additional Cost)

Not happy with the initial mockup? No problem! You can request design revisions at no extra charge during your 7-day review period. We'll work with you to get the design just right.

Step 4: Final Approval & Production

Once you approve the design, production begins immediately. This approval is final and cannot be changed.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Custom Design Fee: $40 Per Upload

​

Each custom design element requires a separate upload fee:

• Single Design Location: $40 (e.g., logo on the side of boot)

• Multiple Design Locations: $40 per additional location

 

Examples:

• Logo on boot side = $40

• Logo on side + different image on sole = $80 ($40 + $40)

• Logo on side + image on sole + text or image on rear = $120 ($40 + $40 + $40)

 

Each unique design placement is considered a separate upload and incurs the $40 fee. 
Please notify us if you would like multiple placements.
 

IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS:

Once you approve your custom design mockup, your order becomes final. Custom boots are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, as outlined in our return policy.

Design Approval Deadline

If you don't respond within 7 days of receiving your mockup, we'll reach out to confirm your approval status. Extended delays may result in order cancellation. If cancellation occurs, the price of the boot will be refunded, minus the upload fee. 

 

Design File Requirements

• High-resolution images are preferred (300 DPI minimum)

• Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD

• Complex designs may require additional processing time
